A pale yellow colour and nice intensity with light floral and exotic fruit notes. Nice tension in the attack, with an explosion of fruits in the mouth making a fresh and tense finish.

Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Terroir: Soils consisting of largely rocks on rolling hillside, to clay and schist.

Winemaking: Skin maceration before pressing. Severe racking at low temperature and transfer under gas (inerting) with long fermentation at low temperature.
