Cherry red in colour, with aromas of crunchy red berries and sweet spices. Fleshy mouthfeel surrounded by supple and silky tannins. A beautiful expression of pinot noir.

Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

Terroir: Soils consisting of largely rocks on rolling hillside, to clay and schist.

Winemaking: Delicate maceration of destemmed grapes and light pressing after a few days of vatting. Ageing of 6-12 months.
