As an oenologist from Abbaye de Santenay, Aline Beauné started to vinify some of the family parcel in Montagny.
Her vines are mostly located in the heart of Montagny appellation, where she produced her first vintage in 2018. Her philosophy is to harness the full potential of the terroir, that made Montagny wines famous, and keep the freshness in her Chardonnay.
Grapes: Chardonnay, 40 years old vine.
Terroir: East facing exposure, Clay limestone soil.
Winemaking: Aged 12 months in oak barrel and stainless tank.
