This cuvée is the result of a partnership with half a dozen winemakers from neighbouring villages who also practice organic agriculture or who are converting to organic. It is a wine to drink with friends, in the sun, while eating a pleasant meal. Fruit, roundness and pleasure.

Grapes: Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, Macabeu.

Terroir: Limestone clay marl and schist soil.

Grape Growing: Organic and biodynamic grape growing with one simple rule: making wine the most natural possible and in the respect of the environment.

Winemaking: Direct pressing. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in stainless steel tanks and demi-muids for 8 months.
