Grape Growing: Planted in 1988 and 1946. Sustainable agriculture, soil are ploughed.
Winemaking: Manual harvest, whole bunch pressurage. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in 228L barrels, 20% new french oak. Aged for 10 months in barrels before another 6 month in stainless steels tank for blending.
