Dry and clean rosé, that’s light pink in colour with aroma of red berries. Good balance and acidity.

Grapes: 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah

Terroir: Red pebbles or galets.

Winemaking: 100% destemming of the grapes, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
