The nose est clean fresh and floral. In the palate fruit and minerality are dominating.

Grapes: Chardonnay

Terroir: We select plots that are planted around the village of Chardonnay, a renowned terroir nicknamed the “Dalle Nacrée”. These are predominantly limestone soils.

Winemaking: The fermentation and bottling are done without adding sulphites and are matured on fine lees for 6 months in stainless steel tank.
