Clear pale pink colour, wild strawberry on the nose. Fruity and fresh palate with a pleasant finish.

Terroir: The vine are located in the Pierres Dorées region, with ochre/yellow clay and limestone soil.

Winemaking: Direct pressurage with short maeration to extract a beautiful pale pink. The fermentation and bottling are done without adding sulphites.
