Mineral and pure wine on the nose with notes of red berries and flowers. On the palate the pleasure of the gamay is revealed, with the richness and crisp acidity shining through.

Grapes: 100% Gamay

Terroir: Sandy pink granite and pebbles. Hillside with south exposure in the village of Lantignié, Regnié or le Perréon.

Winemaking: Traditional fermentation in stainless tanks with minimum intervention. No added sulphites.
