Gorgeous Chardonnay from south of France, with aromas of citrus ond stone fruit. The palate is pleasant round and clean, with a hint of minerality.

Grapes: Chardonnay

Terroir: Limestone terrace and gravel with pebbles soil.

Winemaking: Chardonnay grapes are macerated on the skins to extract aroma and flavor compounds from the skins, and to add body to the wine. Fermentation takes places in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Racking is then carried out with the fine lees to add texture and weight to the wine.
