No sulfites added to this syrah which has a deep red colour with purple reflect. Black fruits on the nose, with black cherry and mineral notes. The palate is rather opulent but mostly deductive with a lovely, long blackcurrant finish.

Grapes: 100% Syrah

Terroir: Southern exposure slopes, pebble and limestone soil.

Winemaking: Grapes are 100% destemmed followed by fermentation in concrete vats with indigenous yeast. Temperature of fermentation between 25°-27°c. Aging in concrete tanks. No sulfite added during the entire winemaking process.
