Deep and bright colour, it expresses itself with ripe strawberry and blackberry. Subtle on the fore pakate, followed by a mouthful of cherries and Blackberry jam.

Grapes: 70% Grenache Noir + 20% Syrah + 10% Carignan

Terroir: Red mediterranean soil over a bed of Corbières limestone

Winemaking: Manuel harvest, traditional maceration of 15 days with daily treading.
