The Chateau de Saint Martin’s Grande Reserve is an absolute delight of a Provence Rosé. Fruity, juicy, complex, with a lengthy and beautiful dry finish.

Grapes: Grenache, Tibouren, Cinsault, Carignan, Syrah

Terroir: Clay and sandstone

Winemaking: Pellicular maceration for 6h followed by pressing, then fermentation from 15 to 17 °C. Aged in vats in an underground rock cellar.
