This red has a youthful, fruit-driven nose with a hint of fresh herbs. Opulent bramble fruit appears on the nose, with blueberry flavors on the palate. Supple and smooth tannins and moderate acidity aids the medium finish.

Grapes: 40% Grenache Noir + 30% Carignan + 30% Syrah

Terroir: Limestone terrace and gravel with pebbles soil.

Winemaking: The grapes are destemmed before fermentation takes place at a temperature of 28° C for 12 days. Malolactic fermentation and aging takes place in stainless steel to preserve the vibrant fruit character.
