This Brut Rosé dominated by chardonnay shows the elegance of the grape while remaining a true rosé of great finesse. A beautiful freshness that leaves blossoming aromas of cherry and other small red berries.

Grapes: 90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir

Terroir: Chardonnay on limestone soil, Pinot Noir on clay soil

Winemaking: Fermentation and aging on lees. Partially aged in 228L barrels, no filtration
