This cuvée symbolizes the origin of the family, representing the 3 historic villages of the domain: Ferebrianges, Etoges et Congy.

Grapes: 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, 10% Meunier

Terroir: Mix of limestone, clay and sand soil

Winemaking: Partially aged in 228L barrels, no filtration. 30% of wine is reserved each year to blend into the next vintage, to stay true to the taste over time.
