Grapes: 70% Chardonnay 20% Pinot Noir 10% Meunier

Terroir: Mixed of limestone, clay and sand soil

Winemaking: Partially aged in 228L Barrel, No filtration. 30% of reserve wine each year is blended to stay true to the taste across time.
