Through his Champagne Les Clos, Adrien Begere wanted to showcase its terroir of Fèrebrianges . Consisting of 100% Pinot Meunier from 50 year old vines, Les Clos is a bold champagne. With only 4 g/l of residual sugar, its fine bubbles will astonish you with its citrus , green apple aroma, minerality and complexity.

Terroir: Sandy clay soil in Ferebrianges village

Winemaking: Fermentation and aging on lees. Partially barrel aged. No filtration
