This Chardonnay offers an intense nose on yellow fruits, apricot and peach. Beautifully textured, round and opulent on the palate, the wine combines a mineral character, power and freshness with a crisp and long finish.

Grapes: Chardonnay

Terroir: 0,50 hectare, Stony red clay on marly limestone.

Grape Growing: Planted in 1998 and 1998. Sustainable agriculture, soil are ploughed.

Winemaking: Manual harvest, whole bunch pressurage. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in 228L barrels, 20% new french oak. Aged for 10 months in barrels before another 6 month in stainless steel tanks for blending.
